The 38th Annual General Body Meeting of Girinagar Welfare Association, Bengaluru-85 will be held on Sunday, 28th Dec 2025, 10.00 AM at “Sri Srinivasa Nilaya Dharmika Sabha Mandir (opposite Vivekananda Park), Girinagar, Bengaluru-560085. All the Members of the Association are requested to attend the meeting without fail. Balance Sheet and Audited Accounts of the Association for the year 2024-25 will be issued separately. However, those who are interested to peruse the same may visit Association office between 6.30 PM-8.00 PM from 22-12-2025 to 27-12-2025.
Programme for Annual General Body Meeting:
1. Invocation.
2. Welcome Address by the President.
3. Observing silence in memory of departed souls of Members.
4. Presentation of Annual Report, Audited Accounts and Audit Report for the year 2024-25 followed by discussion on the Same, if any.
5. Appointment of Auditor’s for the year 2025-26.
6. Distribution of “Pratibha Puraskara” by Hon’ble Sri. L. A. Ravi Subramanya. M.L.A
7. Address by Hon’ble Sri. L. A. Ravi Subramanya, M.L.A.
8. Any Other matter for Discussion.
9. Vote of Thanks.

Note: Award Scheme for Merit Students of CBSE, ICSE, PUC and S.S.L.C for the year 2024-2025 will be awarded under the following conditions.
(a) Student should be a normal Resident of Girinagar and either Parents/Grand Parents should be a Life Member of the Association.
(b) Student should have scored more than 60% of marks in the Examination conducted during the academic year of April/May 2025 within Bangalore City area.
(c) Students should Produce Photocopy of final marks card along with a covering letter for consideration on or before 19th December 2025 to the Secretary, Address: No.693, Ground Floor, 1st “C” Main, 11th Cross, Girinagar 2nd Phase, Bengaluru-560085 ( Mob. No.9845103463) or any of the Executive Committee Members between 6.30-8.00pm. A Sub-Committee under the Chairmanship of the President has been formed to process the application and the decision of the Sub-Committee is final and binding and no appeal will be entertained. The Committee will Award 3 Prizes in each Category as 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize.
