The 35th Annual General Body Meeting of Girinagar Welfare Association, Bengaluru-85 will be held on Monday, 25th Dec 2023, 10.00 AM at “Sri Srinivasa Nilaya Dharmika Sabha Mandir (opposite Vivekananda Park), Girinagar, Bengaluru-560085.All the Members of the Association are requested to attend the meeting. Balance Sheet and Audited Accounts of the Association for the year 2022-23 will be issued separately. However, those who are interested to peruse the same may visit Association office between 6.30 PM-8.00 PM from 17-12-2023 to 24-12-2023.
Programme for Annual General Body Meeting:

  1. Welcome Address by the President.
  2. Observing silence in memory of departed souls of Members.
  3. Presentation of Annual Report, Audited Accounts and Audit Report for the year 2022-23 followed by discussion on the same, if any.
  4. Appointment of Auditor’s for the year 2024-25.
  5. Distribution of “Pratibha Puraskara” by Sri.L.A.Ravi Subramanya. M.L.A
  6. Address by Sri. L.A. Ravi Subramanya, M.L.A.
  7. Any Other matter for Discussion.
  8. Vote of Thanks.
